All plans offered by come with the respective carriers Customer Satisfaction Guarantee or Free Look Period. Each Insurance company will outline in detail there specific Free Look Period policy which you will have access to. Be sure to refer to each specific insurance company’s policy for complete details. Typically, you will have 10 days after your Health, Dental, Life, Accident or Disability plan becomes effective to cancel your plan if you are not satisfied for any reason. Any monies (except the processing fee if any) paid will be fully refunded so long as no services have been utilized. If you have used services, you may still cancel your plan during the 10 day period. However, you will owe full charges due for services provided by the provider you utilize.
